Representing Istanbul Kültür University, Program of Flight Operations Management Training Manager Lecturer Murat Nizam attended the “Flight Operations Specialist Regulation (SHY-UHU) Amendment Workshop” organized by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation at the MGA Airlines (Antalya) headquarters between 24-26 April 2024. 

On the Flight Operations Specialist License Regulation Revision Draft, in the workshop held to update the legislation in accordance with the document "ICAO Doc 10106 Manual on Flight Operations Officers/Flight Dispatchers Competency-based Training and Assessment", informed by the changing needs of the times, the regulation update has been made.

With the participating to the Workshop, once again the key part of Istanbul Kültür University in raising educational and quality standards in the aviation sector was demonstrated. Lecturer Nizam made significant contributions on behalf of IKU in the endeavours to updating the dispatcher regulation.
