IKU Program of Business Management realized its business management project with the course given in the 2021-2022 Academic Year, titled “Business Game” and with simulation. At the meeting where Capsim Core Turkey Academic Business Development Specialist Enes Akyüz and Lecturer N. Gözde Bircan, Head of the IKU Program of Business Management came together on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, over the ZOOM platform, the details of the project and the method of implementation were decided.

Head of Business Management Program, Lecturer Nezriye Gözde Bircan, presented her oral presentation at the 10th International Congress of Social, Humanities and Educational Sciences, 10th International Congress on Social Sciences- Humanities and Education, held on September 16-17, 2021, titled ‘’İşletmelerde Kurumsal Kültür Çeşitliliği Sorunu, Yönetimi ve Denetimi: Uzaktan Çalışma Döneminin Değerlendirilmesi (A Problem Of Corporate Culture Diversity In Organizations, Management and Auditing Of It: A Discussion On Telecommuting Term)’’.

Lecturer Ayşegül Berrak Köten, Head of the IKU Vocational School Evening Program of Banking and Insurance article “The Effect of Profitability Ratios of Real Estate İnvestment Trusts on Stock Market Performance” is published in the Journal of Life Economics.
