“BEING VISIBLE IN THE DIGITAL AGE”

Istanbul Kültür University (IKU) Vocational School (MYO) Program of E-Commerce and Marketing  held a panel talk titled “Being Visible in the Digital Age” on Friday, December 16, 2022.  The event in which IGDAS Digital Marketing Specialist Rıza Bora Kartal  attended the event as a speaker, and information on the subjects of sub-branches of digital marketing, real time marketing, influencer marketing etc were conveyed, was concluded after the questions the students posed were answered.

"DIGITAL ADVERTISING TRENDS OF 2022”

A seminar titled “Digital Advertising Trends of 2022” was held on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, in cooperation with the Program of E-Commerce and Marketing of Istanbul Kültür University Vocational School and the Program of Public Relations and Publicity. Chairperson of DARKBLUE Istanbul Advertising Agency Gözde Öztürk, who attended the event as a speaker, mentioned about issues such as the use of digital advertising after the pandemic, the importance of digital platforms for advertising and brand positioning. The event ended after the students' questions were answered.

INTERNATIONAL CIVIL AVIATION DAY

Istanbul Kültür University Vocational School Civil Aviation Club organized an event themed "Human Factor in Aviation" on Wednesday, December 7, as part of the "International Civil Aviation Day". Turkish Airlines Cabin Supervisor Sinem Güldal, Turkish Airlines Head of Flight Training Burak Bekman, Turkish Airlines Flight Operations President Murat Ersoy, Turkish Airlines Technical HR Director İbrahim Hünkar Han and Istanbul New Airport (IGA) Concessions Director Fırat Ocak attended the event as speakers.

"CAREER OPPORTUNITIES AND EXPECTATIONS IN THE PRIVATE HEALTH SECTOR" SEMINAR

Within the scope of cooperation between Istanbul Kültür University Vocational School and Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital, a seminar titled "Career Opportunities and Expectations in the Private Health Sector", which was moderated by the Head of Program of Medical Documentation and Secretarial Lecturer Emin Aksan, was held. Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital Chief Physician & Director Dr. Sevim Şuekinci attended as speaker to the event held on Friday, December 2.

LECTURER EMİN AKSAN PARTICIPATED IN “TUBITAK 2237-A TRAINING ON PREPARING APPLIED AND THEORETICAL RESEARCH PROJECTS IN THE FIELD OF HEALTH SCIENCES”

Istanbul Kültür University Vocational School Program of Medical Documentation and Secretariat Director, Lecturer Emin Aksan, participated in “TÜBİTAK 2237-A Training on Preparing Applied and Theoretical Research Projects in the Field of Health Sciences,” which was held on 23-25 November 2022 in AFBEL Termal Hotel and in which academicians from various universities took part.

PROGRAM OF MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION AND SECRETARıAL STUDENTS MADE INTERVIEWS AT VARIOUS HOSPITALS

Program of Medical Documentation and Secretarial students interviewed hospital managers for the "Health Tourism" course within the scope of "Applied Vocational Education". We would like to thank the Medicana Health Group, Medical Park Health Group, Family Hospital, Memorial Health Group and Aslı Tarcan Clinic managers who opened their doors to our students and hosted them nicely.

“SOCIAL MEDIA COMMUNICATION”

Istanbul Kültür University Vocational School Program of E-Commerce and Marketing organized a seminar titled “Social Media Communication” on Wednesday, November 2, 2022.  Rümeysa Cebeci, Digital Media Director of Manifesto Communication Agency, who participated in the event as the speaker, talked about creating a brand identity in social media, the importance of storytelling in creating a brand, visual imagery in design, and crisis management in social media.  The event was concluded after the students’ questions posed to the speaker were answered.

"E-SPORTS SUMMIT"

In cooperation with Istanbul Kültür University (IKU) E-Sports Club, Istanbul Bar Association Sports and Sports Law Commission, and Turkey E-Sport Federation, “E-Sports Summit” was organized in three sessions at Önder Öztunalı Conference Hall, on October 19, 2022.
