Istanbul Kültür University Vocational School Program of E-Commerce and Marketing organized a seminar titled “Social Media Communication” on Wednesday, November 2, 2022.  Rümeysa Cebeci, Digital Media Director of Manifesto Communication Agency, who participated in the event as the speaker, talked about creating a brand identity in social media, the importance of storytelling in creating a brand, visual imagery in design, and crisis management in social media.  The event was concluded after the students’ questions posed to the speaker were answered.

In cooperation with Istanbul Kültür University (IKU) E-Sports Club, Istanbul Bar Association Sports and Sports Law Commission, and Turkey E-Sport Federation, “E-Sports Summit” was organized in three sessions at Önder Öztunalı Conference Hall, on October 19, 2022.

Head of Medical Documentation and Secretarial Program, Lecturer Emin Aksan gave a First Aid seminar to Istanbul Topkapı University students on Wednesday, November 2nd.

As a part of the “Health Tourism” and “Quality in Health Care” courses given by the Head of Medical Documentation and Secretarial Program Lecturer Emin Aksan, a technical trip was organized to Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital on Monday, 31 October.

The students of the Program of Medical Documentation and Secretarial completed the “Hospital Information Systems” course at the Family Hospital under the supervision of experts in the field within the scope of “Applied Vocational Education.” We would like to thank Pınar Kavak, the instructor of the course and also the General Director of the Family Hospital, and her team for their support to our students.

One of the academicians of Istanbul Kültür University (IKU) Vocational School (MYO) Flight Operations Management Program, Lecturer Evren Yılmaz and Education Officer Merve Eyriçayır met with Keyvan Aviation Inc. Quality & SMS Director Meriç Cınbarcı and Corporate Communications Specialist Alev Coşkun. In the meeting held on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, the focus was on the development of aviation, internship opportunities and cooperation.

The video “The First Day of University in the Incirli Campus,” filmed by the students of the Radio and Television Technology Program of Istanbul Kültür University Vocational School, was published on the YouTube channel called Kültür Mantarı.

The book titled "Patient Psychology for Health Vocational Schools" a chapter of which titled "Chronic Diseases and the Terminal Period in Psychosocial Perspective" was written by IKU Vocational School (MYO) Medical Documentation and Head of the Secretarial Program Lecturer Emin Aksam, has been published. Lecturer Kübra Öztürk from Istanbul Kültür University (IKU) Vocational School (MYO) presented her oral presentation ttitled “A Model Proposal for the Role of Managerent Support on the Impact of Psychological Resilience on Career Satisfaction” in the “International Conference on Social Science Research” conference held between 5-9 September in Budva, Montenegro.

Lecturer Evren Yilmaz and Lecturer Kerem Yücesan from Istanbul Kültür University (IKU) Vocational School (MYO) Flight Operations Management Program,  met with Akın Sülün, İstanbul New Airport Operations Director of FUGO Ground Handling Services. In the meeting held on Tuesday, 6 September, the topics such as, the development of aviation, internship opportunities and cooperation were dwelled upon.
