Officials of İKÜ Vocational School and Dolmabahçe Aviation High School came together on Thursday, May 9, to evaluate cooperation opportunities in the field of education. During the meeting, common goals of training qualified workforce for the aviation industry of the future were emphasized.

IKU Vocational School Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technology Program 1st and 2nd year students, accompanied by their program instructors Lecturer H. Serpil Karakuş and Lecturer Kerem Yücesan, visited Öztiryakiler Madeni Eşya San. ve Tic. A.Ş. factory in Ergene, Tekirdağ on Friday, May 3, 2024. Factory Manager Yavuz Top, who also gives lectures at IKU Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technology Program, provided valuable information to our students about the production of commercial refrigerators in the factory.

A technical trip to the Information Commercialization Centre (BTM), a subsidiary of the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce, was organized with the joint efforts of the Program of Business Management and the Program of Foreign Trade, on Thursday, May 2, 2024.  As part of the event, the officials showed the BTM campus around and informed the students on entrepreneurship and innovation.
