The "Flight Operations Specialist Training Content Preparation Workshop" organized by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation in Ankara between 27-29 March 2024 was attended by the Program of Flight Operations Management Training Manager Lecturer Murat Nizam as the representative of Istanbul Kültür University. Lecturer Nizam made important contributions to dispatcher education.
