Head of İKÜ Vocational School Prof. Dr. Mehmet Özer, Deputy Head Lecturer Gözde Kuzu Uluçay, Head of Program of Medical Documentation and Secretariat Lecturer Emin Aksan and the students of the Program of Medical Documentation and Secretarial organized a technical trip to Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital on Monday, April 1, 2024. We would like to thank Hospital Director and Chief Physician Dr. Sevim Şuekinci and her team for their support and nice hospitality to our university.

A seminar titled “Talks from the Air” was organized by  Vocational School program of Flight Operations Management on Tuesday, March 27, 2024. Kuwait's first female captain pilot, Elif Güveyler, a very significant milestones of the aviation industry, was the guest speaker of the event moderated by Head of program of Flight Operations Management Lecturer Evren Yılmaz.

IKU Vocational School organized a talk titled "Taking Laughing Seriously" on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, in the Incirli building of the Bakırköy campus.

Prof. Dr. Ahu Tunçel, one of the academicians of Maltepe University Department of Philosophy, attended the event as the speaker. Prof. Dr. Tunçel explained the relationship of the phenomenon of "laughter" with political powers since ancient times, from the perspectives of philosophers.
