Istanbul Kültür University Vocational School Public Relations and Publicity Program organized an e-seminar titled "New Approaches in Public Relations Applications" on Tuesday, April 13, 2021. The guest of the event was Oya Uzun, Corporate Communications Manager of Boyner Büyük Mağazacılık, whose moderator was the Head of Public Relations and Promotion Program Lecturer Gözde Kuzu.
Uzun first talked about the differentiating dynamics in public relations practices with the changing expectations of consumers.
Emphasizing the effect of the speed of digitalization on the communication sector and brands, Uzun underlined the importance of making a difference in competitive conditions together with the digital-focused integrated structure. The e-seminar, which progressed within the framework of various issues such as crisis management, social responsibility activities, image and reputation management, digitalization of communication, ended after the questions of the students were answered.
