Vocational School organized an e-seminar titled "Technology and Raw Materials That Make a Difference in Sunglass Lenses" on Friday, May 21. Ant Optik Education and Regional Director Volkan Erkul and Lecturer Neslihan Demiröz, who attended the event as speakers, informed our students about the latest technologies that make a difference. In the event moderated by Lecturer Emin Aksan, our students' questions were answered.

Vocational School organized an e-seminar titled “New Generation Glass Technologies” on Thursday, May 20th. Seiko Optik Turkey Sales and Marketing Manager Faruk Ulusoy and Lecturer Neslihan Demiröz, who attended the event as speakers, conveyed the developments in current technologies to our students. In the event, whose moderator was Lecturer Emin Aksan, the questions of our students were answered by the participants.

IKU Vocational School Program of Banking and Insurance organized an e-seminar titled “Public Offerings, Investment Habits and Financing” on Monday, May 10th. The event, moderated by Lecturer A. Berrak Köten, Head of the Evening Education Program of Banking and Insurance, was the guest of the event, Varlık Girişim Financial Services Inc. Managing Partner and CEO İbrahim Kumsal.

Vocational School, Büşra Mertel and Human Resources Club Consultant Kübra Mertel organized a webinar titled “Get Ahead with Your Body Language” on Friday, May 21st.

In the event, where Trainer & Happiness and Peace Coach Sema Aksu was a speaker, body language tips that will put our students ahead in job interviews were conveyed. Information was given to our students to manage their excitement and keep their body language under control.

Istanbul Kültür University Vocational School Business Management Program organized an e-seminar to inform students about the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) on Tuesday, May 18, 2021. Lecturer N. Gözde Bircan, Head of the Business Management Program, was the moderator of the event, and Res. Assist. Pınar Sarp, one of our faculty members in the Department of Business Administration, and Ömür Gülmez, one of the instructors of the Murat Educational Institutions DGS Preparation Course, were present as speakers.

Istanbul Kültür University Vocational School organized an e-conversation titled "Yener Çevik Meets the Youth of Kültür on May 19th" within the scope of May 19th Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day Celebrations. The guest of the event in which Director Tayfun Belet, Program of Public Relations and Publicity Class Representative of the 2nd year students & IKU Vocational School Student Representative Caner Gökay Guguk and Program of Opticianry Class Representative of the 1st year students Zeynep Bilici were the moderators, was Artist Yener Çevik.

Istanbul Kultur University Logistics Club organized an e-seminar titled "The Key to Success in Logistics" on Monday, May 17, with the participation of Net Cargo Deputy General Manager Murat Şahin. In the event, where members of the Logistics Club Board of Directors, Burak Tös and Yağmur Algaş, were the moderators; The status of the cargo transportation and logistics industry was conveyed. The event, in which our guest also shared his experiences, ended after the participants' questions were answered.

An article titled "Personality Traits and Profit Satisfaction of Human Resources Professionals" written by Lecturer Kübra Mertel, an academic at IKU Vocational School Business Management Program, has been published.

Assoc. Prof. Ozan Erdinç, Head of IEEE Turkey Branch & academician of Yıldız Technical University, gave a seminar titled “Renewable Energy and New Technologies in the field of Digitalization in Energy” for the students of IKU Alternative Energy Resources Technology Program. In the event, our students were informed in detail about the innovations in the energy sector and the future of the sector.

An e-seminar titled "Air Cargo Transportation Before and After Pandemic" was organized by the Logistics Club on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at 16:00. Gebrüder Weiss Transport and Logistics Business Development Manager Mehmet Kali attended the event held on Adobe Connect Virtual Classroom Application as a speaker. The progress of air cargo transportation after the pandemic was discussed at the event in which Logistics Club Head İbrahim Selim and Logistics Club Board Member Yağmur Algaş were the moderators.
