Istanbul Kultur University Vocational School, which started out from the need for individuals equipped with intellectual skills such as analytical and creative thinking and problem solving, as well as up-to-date technical knowledge and skills, as a result of the digitalization process that gained momentum during the pandemic period, reaching serious dimensions in the field of education and the combination of technologies with production automation, defined the methods of digitalization in vocational education and enriched its application areas.

Program of Business Management Head Lecturer N. Gözde Bircan's research article titled “Content Analysis of Accounting and Auditing Articles Published in the Financial Solution Journal: 2010-2020 / A Content Analysis Of The Accounting &Auditing Papers Published In The Journal Of Financial Solution: 2010-2020” published in the 165th issue of Journal of Financial Solutions which is the international indexed journal of the Istanbul Chamber of Certified Public Accountants (ISMMMO) which is a peer-reviewed professional publication.

Fashion Design Program students under the coordination of Istanbul Kültür University Vocational School Head of the Program of Fashion Design Lecturer Nilgün Demirhan voluntarily prepare caps at the workshops in İncirli campus for IKU Vocational School graduation.

The first and second years (both formal and evening education) of Istanbul Kültür University Vocational School Program of Banking and Insurance students were gathered on Tuesday, July 6, 2021.

Prof. Hakan Özcan also attended the 2020-2021 End of the Spring Semester Motivational Meeting along with the Program of Banking and Insurance students.

Lecturer Pelin Tuna’s article, Head of the Istanbul Kültür University Vocational School Program of Tourism and Hotel Management, titled “Tourism Economics” has been published in the Ekonomi Dünya magazine. Lecturer Tuna made predictions by evaluating the developments during the Covid-19 process.

As one of the important shareholders of the tourism sector, Istanbul Kültür University Vocational School the Program of Tourism and Hotel Management students talked about their ideas on the tourism sector, internship experiences and their dreams at the Hotel Gazetesi. In the article which pointed out the recent employment problem and general concerns in the tourism sector, our students expressed their ideas one by one.

Organized in cooperation with globalpiyasa.com, an e-export platform approved by the T.R. Ministry of Commerce, the “IF FASHION EXPO International Fashion, Ready-to-Wear and Accessories Virtual Fair” was opened with the participation of many companies. Istanbul Kultur University Vocational School Fashion Design Program awaits its visitors at the virtual fair, which will be open between 8 June 2021 and 30 April 2022.

The film "Fikirtepe Social Hüsran", directed by Fırathan Mehmet Güleç, a graduate of IKU Vocational School (MYO) Radio and Television Technology Program, and Oğuzhan Güllü, won the second prize at the "2th Örsçelik Balkan Short Film Festival".
